| Farewell for Dr. Jim Thompson 9/23/2008 |
The UF College of Veterinary Medicine community took the opportunity to say farewell and best wishes to long time faculty member and administrator Dr. Jim Thompson on the afternoon of September 23. Dr. Thompson leaves his position as Executive Associate Dean at Florida to accept the position of Dean, College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Tennessee on October 1. Students, faculty, administrators and FVMA representatives thanked Dr. Thompson for his many contribution at Florida and wished him the best in his new position.
